Ordering & delivery

How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched the next business day. Transit is Standard 4–8 business days or Express 2–4 business days. Full detail on our Shipping Policy.

What does shipping cost?
Standard is $8.00, and free on orders over $70. Express is $15.00.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@lavun.store immediately with your order number. Because we dispatch the next business day the window is very short, and once production has started it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. US orders arrive with duties covered. Some remote international destinations may apply local customs charges.

I didn't get a confirmation email.
Check spam and promotions. Still nothing after an hour? Email us with the name and address you ordered under.

Where's my tracking?
It's emailed the moment your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.

Sizing & fit

How does LAVUN fit?
The hoodie is a loose fit and the tee is oversized — both true to size, size down if you want them closer to the body. The sweatpants are a regular straight-leg fit.

Where's the size guide?
Right here, with full garment measurements in inches and centimetres.

Between two sizes?
Email us your height and usual size and we'll tell you which one we'd pick.

Will it shrink?
Wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low and you'll be fine.

What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal at checkout.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.
