Orders are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery

Transit times are counted from dispatch.
Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking link once your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan.
Duties & taxes
US orders arrive with all duties and import fees covered — nothing to pay on delivery. For international orders this is usually the case too, though in rare cases some remote destinations may apply local charges.
Delays
Transit estimates depend on the carrier and can be affected by customs, weather or peak volume. If your order is going to run significantly beyond the estimate, we'll email you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship at your cost or refund minus shipping.
